The building is a pair of semi-detached homes. Chalet Rhaetia is the the right hand one looking at the front (almost all photos including the one's here). The other half is where the family of the builder lives, so the standard of workmanship is immaculate! It can accommodate 8 to 10 people, and everything about it has been finished to the highest specification.
Each have cable TV including English channels. The house is decorated throughout with paintings and prints and rugs imported from England and Denmark. Blending modern with old, there are also antique Swiss cowbells, skis and pewter on show as well as comfy sofas.
The dining area seats 10.
It is very different from normal self-catering facilities. It has a grill, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. The fridge/freezer is large, as is the dishwasher. There is also an eating area in the kitchen, as well as crockery and cutlery. The eating area in the kitchen seats eight. As the owner regularly uses the chalet for his family holidays there is a very full range of kitchen implements and saucepans. The dining table is fully extendable for 10 people to dine in comfort.
Step through the living room French windows onto a lit patio and garden with views across the valley. The garden is fully equipped with sunloungers, outside table and chairs and sunshades.
A spacious pine clad room that can take a cot with an ensuite bathroom and dressing room, complete with luxury King double bed.
Also clad in traditional pine with twin beds and a spectacular view across the valley. Fitted cupboards for extra storage.

Upstairs and shared between bedrooms 2 and 3. Modern and with a powerful shower.
On the middle floor, more usually as a single room, although can be a double and we have a spare bed for it. A toilet/sink just across the corridor, showers downstairs or upstairs.
The sauna is on the ground floor. You will find your very own sauna, steam room and jetstream shower as well as a washing machine and dryer for your own use.
There is a covered lockable garage for one car and the chalet automatically has reserved outdoor space for another. Two easy parking spaces available for guests.
