If the Maison is available, a 30% deposit ensures reservation, which can be made by card in any major currency via Paypal or bank transfer, and will then be confirmed in writing. Please ask for the link or bank account details by email.
The remaining 70% due six weeks before departure. Once paid, you will be provided with details of the local agent who will give you the code for the safe lock.
Quoted rates include cleaning costs and laundry up to six people. This is unusual in Europe where many self-catering establishments charge substantial extra amounts for these items. A per-person is made for additional numbers of guests to cover cleaning and laundry,
