If the cottage is available, a 30% deposit ensures reservation, which will then be confirmed in writing. Payment can be in any major currency by card via Paypal or bank details . We can provide the link upon email request bank account details for direct transfer upon request.
The remaining 70% is due six weeks before departure.
Quoted rates include cleaning costs and laundry (unless more than the recommended number of people staying, see below). This is unusual in Europe where many self-catering establishments charge substantial extra amounts for these items.
At the time of the remainder payment, the contact details for the local agent will be provided and she will provide the code for the safe-lock.

It may be possible to check in earlier or depart later, although less likely during peak season, as we need the time for the cleaners to turn around the cottage. You will be able to check with the local agent. If we can offer flexibility, there is a £20 administration fee for this.
These are for the cottage (not per person), inclusive of all taxes, cleaning at beginning of stay and change of bedding and towels.
